The True North Group is a diversified Oil & Gas services provider in Mozambique that is uniquely positioned both during Force Majeure and once it is lifted. During the 2021 attacks, True North launched search and rescue operations using its boats and vehicles. Having demonstrated immediate logistical capability and the ability to operate in challenging environments, the Group was awarded the management contract for the project site during Force Majeure through a contract with TotalEnergies.
During Force Majeure, True North further cemented its strong commercial relationships with TotalEnergies, CCS JV (lead EPC firm) and subcontractors, and further consolidated its asset base.
